Parks' Fly Shop's guiding operation is a small one by some
standards. Our core group of guides numbers only four, and one must keep
an eye on the shop. We've kept the operation this size on purpose. Instead of
using independent guides and outfitters to book as many trips as possible, we
use only guides who work for Parks' Fly Shop and a small handful of independents whom we
have fished with, guided with, camped with, and otherwise trust. When you
book a trip with us, you will often know who your guide
is immediately, even if you don't make a special request. Sometimes
you will be able to speak to your guide personally when you book, allowing you
to plan your Yellowstone fly fishing adventure in minute detail, from what sort
of lunch you'd like to what sort of experience, exactly, you're looking for on
your trip.
